The cottage faces
onto a quiet lane, hedge rows covered in wild flowers, to the west of
the village city of St Davids, with its 12th century Cathedral,
a few minutes walk from the sea and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.
The St Davids Peninsular has some of the most spectacularly beautiful
beaches
and dramatic seascapes in western Europe. The beaches are safe and clean
and ideal for small children and also for watersports including surfing,
sailing, windsurfing and sea angling.

ceiling and galleried archways. |
All beds have interior sprung mattresses and
bed-side lamps. All pillows and duvets have synthetic fillings.
All mattresses and pillows are covered by washable quilted-cotton ‘protectors’. |
A walled garden surrounds
the cottage with shady veranda and sunny terrace, patio table and chairs
to enjoy a drink or snack at any time of the day.
The
cottage is redecorated throughout every year and thoroughly cleaned
and checked prior to occupation.
The staircase was designed with wide
treads and narrow risers and has three short flights with square landings;
it is very safe. Cots, highchairs and safety gates are available for
babies
and toddlers and a babysitting service. Equipment includes ample crockery,
cutlery and cooking utensils. The utility room provides excellent
washing facilities with top loading washing machine, tumble dryer
and drying racks. Other useful items are local OS maps and guide-books.
WHERE TO FIND 'BETH RUACH'
The continuing extension of
the M4 westwards means that St Davids has become quicker and easier
to reach. The M4, M50 and A40 are direct
routes to Haverfordwest.
From either Haverfordwest or Fishguard take the A487 to St Davids and Lower Moor.
